Grant Frog, the all-in-one grants management platform built for nonprofits, today announced a major upgrade to its platform designed to give grant directors and nonprofit leaders everything they need to manage their grant deadlines, stay connected with foundations, and report with confidence.
The update touches nearly every part of the grants management experience - from how teams track deadlines to how they present results to their boards.
Dedicated Deadlines Page
Grant teams now have one place to see every deadline across grants, grant reports, and tasks. Users can switch between Calendar and Table view and filter by user or type so no deadline slips through the cracks.
Smart Dashboard
The new dashboard lets users toggle between the whole team's deadlines and just their own, with an Upcoming Deadlines card showing the next five items at a glance. The 90-day overview teams already rely on is still there.
Documents Library
Any document uploaded anywhere in Grant Frog automatically appears in a centralized Documents Library. Grant proposals, grant reports, financial documents, and correspondence stay connected to their grant records and accessible from one place.
Advanced Reporting
Grant Frog now generates board-ready PDF reports directly from the platform. Leadership and boards get a clear, picture of grant activity, funding status, and grant progress without anyone having to spend hours digging through spreadsheets and emails the night before a meeting.
Funder Intelligence.
Finding the right funders is one part of the grants work. Funder Intelligence is a continued evolution of Grant Frog's built-in foundation database, giving nonprofits the ability to search foundations, see what grants they've funded, and connect with the right people. It's prospecting and relationship-building in one place, without leaving the platform.
Faster Everyday Workflows.
The update also reduces friction across the board: 1-click field editing, a Quick + New button to add records from any page, a horizontal record menu for faster navigation, fiscal year filtering, customizable table columns, and easier default filters throughout.
"Nonprofits are doing important work with lean teams and real accountability to their funders and their communities. Grant Frog exists to make sure grants are fully supported for organizations. This update gives organizations a stronger foundation to manage their entire grants portfolio and walk into any board meeting knowing exactly where things stand."
