📊Charts

You now have a visual of your grants data! You can see charts for totals, users, and proposal status.
Access them by clicking Reports > Charts on the menu.
⭐ Star a Funder to Watch

You can now Star a Funder to add to a Watch list. This can be useful to pull custom Reports based on specific Funders.
How to use this: Go to the Funders menu and you'll see the Starred column. You can then Filter by choosing the Starred = Yes filter from the Funder list. To pull a Report, go to Reports and choose Yes as the Starred filter.
✅ Create Tasks while Creating Grant Proposals

You can now quickly create Tasks when you add a new grant proposal from the main Dashboard.
How to use this: On the Dashboard, click Add Proposal - then you'll see the Tasks field at the bottom where you can add Tasks
📨 New Email Notifications for Grants

You can now choose additional email notification reminders (30, 14, 7, and 3 days) for Grant Proposals and Grant Reports, plus better email titles, and you can add additional Users to be reminded as well!
How to use this: Go to Profile in the menu, then choose the days for each one.

🗣️ Add Additional Users for Notifications

You can now choose an Additional User to receive 📨 Email Notifications on individual grant proposals or grant reports. This is useful if you plan on not being available in the timeframe the grant is due or just both want to be updated.
In a Grant Proposal or Grant Report, click Edit
Choose an Additional Notification User
The User will now receive all notifications on that specific Grant Proposal or Grant Report
📃 Funder Guidelines Display on Grant Proposals

You can now see the Guidelines from a Funder on each Grant Proposal. How to use this: Create a grant proposal, then choose a Funder. If you have guidelines listed, they will display on your grant proposal.
