These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are designed to clarify the rules and guidelines for using our products and services. Please read them carefully.

Key Terms

“Grant Frog”: Refers to Grant Frog, the company providing these products.

“Services”: Refers to any website, application, or platform created and maintained by Grant Frog.

“You” or “Your”: Refers to the individuals or organizations who hold an account on any of our Services.

General Terms

 Agreement: By accessing or using our Services, now or in the future, you agree to these Terms. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any future changes made to the Terms, which we will notify you about when significant.

Violation: If you violate any of the Terms, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately. This helps maintain a secure and positive environment for all users.

Account Terms 

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Grant Frog will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to secure your account.

Use Restrictions: The Services cannot be used for any prohibited activities, including but not limited to using the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations. You are also responsible for ensuring that any users associated with your account comply with these guidelines. Accounts found to be in violation of any of the above are subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account, including contributions from other users you’ve authorized.

Human Accounts: Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not allowed. Accounts must be maintained by real individuals.

Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes

Free Services: Some Services are provided for free, without any hidden fees or credit card requirements.

Paid Services: For paid plans, billing starts immediately after the free trial ends or when upgrading from a free plan. If payment is not made, your account will be frozen until the outstanding balance is cleared. Accounts frozen for a long time may be queued for auto-cancellation.

Upgrades/Downgrades: If you upgrade from a free plan to a paid plan, your card will be charged immediately, and billing will start on that day. Upgrades and downgrades between other plan levels will be prorated, then take effect on the next billing cycle.

Taxes: If required, we will collect these on behalf of the authorities and remit them accordingly. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying applicable taxes.

Refunds: We process refunds according to a fair refund policy. If you’re unhappy with our product for any reason, contact our support. Full refund examples include; you were just charged for a month of service, but forgot to cancel; you tried the product for a month and were not happy. Partial refunds include; you forgot to cancel your account several months prior; you upgraded to an incorrect plan and didn’t use it.

Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation: You are responsible for properly canceling your account. Our Services provide a simple cancellation process in the app or by contacting us. Our responsibility is to account owners, which means we cannot cancel an account at the request of anyone else. You won’t be able to access your account once you cancel, so make sure you download everything you want to keep beforehand. If canceled, your content will be inaccessible immediately and We’ll permanently delete the content in your account within 60 days. Content can’t be recovered once it has been permanently deleted.

Termination: Grant Frog reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time or if you violate these Terms. Suspension prevents access to your account, while termination leads to its deletion. Additionally, we may refuse current or future use of the Services to anyone for any reason at any time.

Abuse: Verbal, written, or physical abuse of any Grant Frog employee or officer will result in immediate account termination.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

Changes: Grant Frog is committed to supporting its Services. However, it may sometimes become necessary to modify, discontinue, or redesign our product temporarily or permanently. We will notify users when significant changes occur.

Pricing: Although pricing changes generally exclude existing customers, we may adjust prices for all users. Any changes will include at least 30 days’ notice and notifications via email.

Uptime, Security, and Privacy

Uptime: Your use of the Services is at your own risk. We provide these Services “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to maintain high uptime, we don’t offer service-level agreements at this time.

Security: We take measures to protect and secure your data through backups, redundancies, and encryption through our third-party processors. Data transmission from the public internet is encrypted. In rare cases, accounts may be temporarily disabled to protect system performance.

Privacy: Your data is processed following our Privacy Policy. We access your data in specific cases like troubleshooting support issues, investigating abuse reports, updates, or fixing technical errors.


Liability – Grant Frog is not liable for damages or losses arising from using the Services, including lost profits, lost revenue, unauthorized access, or data loss. You agree that the use of our Services is ultimately your responsibility, and that Grant Frog provides them on an “as is” basis.You expressly understand and agree that Grant Frog shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Services.; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to these Terms or the Services, whether as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence whether active or passive), or any other theory of liability.

Copyright and Content Ownership

Content License: You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Grant Frog a limited license to use it as necessary to provide the Services. We claim no ownership rights over your content. You can export all of your data at any time.

Content Violation: We do not pre-screen content, but we reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the Service that is illegal or harmful.

Intellectual Property: Grant Frog owns the intellectual property rights to its Services, including design elements and code. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or reuse these without express permission. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services without the express written permission of Grant Frog.

Features and Bugs

Features: We design our features based on customer feedback and internal experience. We strive to meet users’ needs, but we make no guarantees that our Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Bugs: As with any software, our Services inevitably have some bugs. We track the bugs reported to us and work through priority ones, especially any related to security or privacy. However, not all reported bugs will get fixed and we don’t guarantee completely error-free Services.
